Job Description:
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s team in, Coventry. This is an ongoing position that requires excellent organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a world-class service to customers and supporting our client’s daily operations.
Hourly Rate: £14.00 (Dependant on experience)
Hours: 28 hours (3.5 days) raising to 37.5 hours Monday-Friday, Flexible on hours.
Location: Coventry (Hybrid once fully trained)
Duration: ASAP start, long term temporary role
Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing calendars.
*Process third party orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
*Manage parts logistics and inventory, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
*Enter orders into the system and update customer profiles as necessary.
*Delivering a world-class service to customers through effective verbal and written communication.
*Updating internal records and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
*Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
*Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
*Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role, with a solid understanding of administrative processes.
*Proactive thinking and a positive attitude towards work.
*Experience with SAP is beneficial.
*Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Keen attention to detail.
