Job Description:
An exciting new Assistant Brand Manager role for established beauty brand based in North London.
My client is looking for a creative and analytical thinker, with superb attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Responsible for assisting in developing and implementing brand marketing strategies, coordinating brand marketing campaigns, analysing consumer trends and maintaining brand consistency.
Key responsibilities:
• Support the Brand Manager in their role and help deliver marketing and communications strategy in line with company objectives.
• Manage and execute day-to-day activities associated with all marketing, including project management, activity tracking and reporting.
• Support Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Ecommerce, Education and Design teams.
• Build relationships with and support management of possible third-party agencies, including PR and editorial, copywriters, collateral and merchandising production and printers - checking marketing copy, co-ordinating sign-off of all marketing materials, ensuring the design and messaging meet brand objectives and guidelines.
• Help to identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaigns and activities.
• Proactively recommend brand building initiatives.
• Line manage one direct report.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and thrive within a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, ideally within the beauty industry. Strong marketing and brand management skills are essential and the ability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour.
