We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in London for an experienced and motivated Audit Manager specialising in the Not-for-Profit sector. Responsibilities *Manage a portfolio of not-for-profit audit clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
*Lead and review audit engagements, providing technical guidance to the team.
*Support and develop junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
*Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and contribute to practice growth.
Requirements *ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
*Proven expertise in audit, with a strong interest in the not-for-profit sector.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Strong organisational and time management abilities.
