Job Description:
Part-Time Accounts & Administration Controller
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible on days and hours)
Rate: £14 per hour
Our client has been successfully operating across the Yorkshire region for more than 30 years. Renowned for their excellent reputation within a niche industry, they place their customers at the heart of their business.
As part of a small, close-knit team, they are seeking to strengthen their Accounts department with an adaptable and detail-oriented individual. This role will play a key part in supporting the accounts’ function, contributing to the smooth operation of their business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
*Assisting with general administrative duties to support the team.
*Preparing and submitting financial reports as required.
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in bookkeeping or a related role (preferred but not essential).
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
*A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
