Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring quality and compliance with UK standards.
*Oversee and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and feedback.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Not-for-Profit sector.
*Plan, execute, and finalise audits, ensuring deadlines are met.
*Contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives.
Requirements *ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
*Strong knowledge of audit procedures and standards.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*A genuine interest in the Not-for-Profit sector.
