RG Consultancy are working with a medium sized and fast growing construction business in Rochdale who are recruiting a Sales Ledger Supervisor to join a small finance team. You will oversee and manage the Sales Ledger function and supervise a small team of two people.

The Role
*To oversee and manage the Sales Ledger function within the finance department
*Ensure the accurate reporting to the accountant periodically and year end
*To ensure the sales ledger invoices are processed, queried and reconciled
*Responsible for the forward planning, deadline settings and ensure team are adhering to and achieving these
*Process invoices, payments and customer related queries
*Raising credits
*Any adhoc dudites to support the Sales Ledger/Credit Control function as required
The Person
*Experience within a people management or supervisory role in a finance/accounts setting
*Leadership skills to supervise a small team
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
*Experienced in MS Excel and SAGE is highly desirable
*An AAT qualification would be an advantage but not essential
