Job Description:
Join a leading international law firm as a Client Development Manager! This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, focusing on business development, client engagement, and strategic growth within the banking sector. Involving close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-value services, drive new opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
*Client Management, oversee a portfolio of banking global clients including development and monitoring annual global client plans
*Conduct market and client-specific research to identify growth opportunities
*Lead initiatives to achieve global revenue and profitability targets
*Client Reporting- prepare and interpret client financial and non-financial reports
*Organises client events in collaboration with internal teams and external providers, promote diversity and inclusion initiatives through tailored client activities
*Facilitate feedback reviews and ensures actionable outcomes, share and implement best practices across client portfolios
Key Requirements
*Proven experience in client relationship management within a law or professional services firm, with exposure to banking or financial services clients
*Strong research, analytical, and project management capabilities
*Team player who shares knowledge, motivates and coaches others
*Displays exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to maintain a proactive and client-focused approaches
