Help Desk Advisor
?? Location: On-site, Shirley, Solihull
?? Pay: £12.50 per hour
?? Contract: Full-time, temp-to-perm
Are you a problem-solver with excellent communication skills? Our client is seeking a Help Desk Advisor to join their Property Support Team in Shirley, Solihull. This role is at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, acting as a key link between field teams, contractors, and suppliers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Handling queries and providing support on property repair and maintenance systems.
*Coordinating contractor quotations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
*Managing the day-to-day performance of service providers to maintain business continuity.
*Conducting weekly calls with Property Managers to prioritise and organise workloads.
*Monitoring planned maintenance visits (PMVs) to minimise business risk.
*Overseeing administrative tasks such as statutory notices, utility services, and property transitions.
*Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and sharing best practices.
