We are seeking a skilled Trimming Operative to join our client’s dynamic team in Wythenshawe. The role focuses on precision trimming and finishing tasks, primarily working with airline seats and plastic components. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in factory production and machine operation.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 15:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Key Responsibilities:

* Trimming and finishing airline seats to required specifications, ensuring quality standards are met.
* Handling and trimming plastic components with care and precision.
* Operating machinery to assist with trimming and cutting processes.
* Inspecting parts for defects or irregularities and ensuring consistency in all finished products.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the trimming area.
* Collaborating with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
* A strong background in machine operation is highly advantageous.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to precise measurements.
* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
