Job Description:
Role: Office Assistant
Based: Liverpool Street
Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 17:30
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
Are you a friendly, enthusiastic individual, who has a flexible approach to work and looking to progress within a US law firm!! Our client, a leading US law firm is seeking a brand-new role as an Office Assistant to support the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks, duties include but are not limited to:
*Supporting the facilities team and reception team with various tasks
*Helping with delivery’s
*Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
*Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
*Maintaining files.
*Welcoming visitors to your office to support the reception team when needed
*Answering phone calls.
*Taking and delivering messages.
*Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
To be considered for this position, you must have 1 year within an administrative role or similar experience Legal or professional services.
