Job Description:
R13 Recruitment are working alongside a long-standing legal firm to in their search for a Litigation Lawyer to join their Norwich-based team. This is a great chance to join a leading firm where you can solidify and expand your litigation knowledge within a support and inclusive working environment. This role would suit someone with at least 2 years, post-qualification experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Norwich but with occasional travel to other local offices. The salary for this position is competitive, depending on experience.

The day to day
*Effectively manage your own caseload using the case management system,
*Advising on a variety of litigation matters including Personal Injury, Landlord & Tenant, Clinical Negligence, etc..
*Build strong client relationships with new and existing clients.
*Providing training, development & support to Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors within the team.
*Attending relevant networking events and supporting the business development strategy of the firm.
You will have/be
*At least 2 years proven post-qualification experience.
*Experience within a litigation role.
*Strong IT and legal research skills.
*Excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition.
*Good knowledge of Case management Systems.
*Excellent attention to detail & time management skills.
