Job Title: Audit Senior
Location: Ingatestone, Essex
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Audit Senior to join our dynamic team in Ingatestone. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
*Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support.
*Review financial statements and ensure they are prepared in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
*Identify areas of risk within clients’ businesses and propose appropriate solutions.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for client queries.
*Stay up to date with changes in auditing standards and regulations.
Requirements:
*ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
*A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an audit role, preferably within a practice environment.
*Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
