I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Administration Executive for a well-established and expanding company based in Leeds! This truly is a brilliant opportunity for the right person to take a step back from those stressful sales but still be indulged in the Travel Industry!
Job Description:
* Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking team
* Quality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations
* Processing and chasing tickets
* Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send
* Correct and amend existing bookings
* After sales including processing refunds
* Assisting in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods.
* Responding to email queries from customers and our homeworking team members
* Oversee balance reports and collate staff sales and incentive payments
* Assisting the General Manager with adhoc business tasks and projects.
Experience Required:
* At least 1 year travel industry experience
* Strong administration skills
* Organised
* Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in a team
* PC Literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systems
* A very strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
The Package:
* Flexible working hours available
* Salary up to £23k, DOE
