We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Services Associate to join our Treasury Services Client Servicing team in EMEA. This role is located in Manchester and is hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: *Servicing clients across different market segments and/or regions with multiple countries and languages.
*Acting as a first point of contact for client inquiries related to payments transactions.
*Ability to individually manage day to day workload and prioritize based on urgency.
*Provide day to day servicing support to BNY Treasury Services Relationship Management and maintain positive client experience to our existing and potential new clients.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: *Direct Client Facing Experience within Financial Services
*Experience of correspondent banking or understanding of the payments product and life cycle
*Experience of client digital portals offered by financial institutions.
*Experience of working in a global team
