Management Accountant Day-to-day of the role: *Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
*Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasts.
*Implement and monitor financial controls and policies.
*Conduct variance analysis and make recommendations based on findings.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Management Accountant Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
*Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) are preferred.
