Ignis Care is seeking experienced and skilled Senior Senior Residential Support Workers to lead and support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with the qualifications and drive to help create brighter futures for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the daily operations of the residential home.
*Assisting children with their care plans, development, and safety.
*Leading, mentoring, and supervising other support staff.
*Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and creating a nurturing environment.
Requirements:
*Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent (mandatory).
*Prior experience in residential care settings with proven leadership abilities.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Applicants must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
Additional Benefits:
*£60 compensation per sleeping night.
*Rotational schedule: 2 days on, 4 days off (day and night shifts as required).
