Job Description:
Hybrid following 3 month probation period
This is a superb opportunity for a progressive and highly skilled PA to provide support to the Business Development Director of this professional services firm in Leeds city centre. Working on a one to one basis, this role requires a proactive and tenacious PA who enjoys ’upward management’ as a natural part of their role, working proactively to provide value added PA support. This is a varied role, giving you the opportunity to be involved with client research, CRM management in addition to all PA tasks. We are looking for 3 years+ experience gained within a similar PA or senior Business Support related role.
Day to day duties & responsibilities:
*Diary management - you will take proactive responsibility for full diary management, organising and booking meetings, events and all associated logistics. Communicating with all involved.
*Inbox management - taking the lead on effective email management for the Business Development Director, proactively actioning and drafting emails on their behalf.
*CRM work - adding information and keeping client information updated on the CRM, carrying out research as and when required
*Event preparation - researching clients attending networking events
*Meeting preparation - preparing the Director ahead of meetings and ensuring all logistics are in place
*Expense management - completing company credit card and cash expenses
*Extensive communication and relationship building - this is a natural and key part of this role, to be a main point of contact internally throughout the firm and externally with clients and all stakeholders
*Any other associated PA or administrative tasks
Summary of what is required:
The right approach is vital to this role - proactivity, resourceful and a tenacious approach are all key elements. A naturally proactive individual who enjoys providing a strong level of PA support to allow the Director to focus on his work.
Key skills and experience:
*3 years plus, previous PA experience gained within a progressive business
*A proactive individual who is highly organised and tenacious in approach to add value with their contribution as a PA
*Strong communication skills to build key relationships at all levels
*Highly organised with a willingness to innovate and think laterally
*High degree of initiative, pro-activity and practical problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to take ownership for the completion of tasks or projects.
*A client focussed approach with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide professional and appropriate first drafts of short correspondence and emails within time
*Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to cope with a wide range of demands and changing priorities
*A commitment to being part of a successful team. A strong work ethic and flexible with time; willing to adjust and re-prioritise to ensure the needs of the project, task or team are met.
