Job Description:
Support Worker
Working hours: 09.00 am – 09.30 am with a sleeping period from 11.00 pm to 07.00 am. Lone working from 4pm - 9am
Flexible availability for shifts on a 3-week rota (A, B, or C shift).
You will be supporting children and young people living in residential home whilst promoting their independence. You will help them to have a brighter future and provide better outcomes for them as they are vulnerable.
Key Requirements:
*NVQ/QCF level 3 award in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or Caring for Children and Young People. (Essential for this role)
*Competitive pay with an additional £60.00 for sleep shifts.
Benefits:
*Enhanced overtime rate between £15.35 & £16.38 per hour.
*£500 welcome bonus upon successful passing of probation.
*£50 birthday and £50 Christmas Amazon vouchers.
*45p per mile for work-related travel.
