Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity for a junior - mid level Interim Governance Manager to join an esteemed Not For Profit organisation, based in London. The successful candidate will have strong corporate governance skills and will work closely with the Head of Governance and C-Suite department.

Description
The Interim Governance Manager will be part of a small corporate governance team in the HQ in London. They will be responsible for:
*Ensuring corporate governance and charity governance regulations are met
*Coordinating governance activities and processes
*Assisting in the development and implementation of governance frameworks
*Assisting with the meeting cycle including board support, minuting, preparing meeting packs and action points.
*Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
*Preparing corporate governance reports for senior management
Profile
A successful Interim Governance Manager should have:
*A strong experience of corporate governance within charity and compliance regulations
*Previous experience in a similar role within a charity is essential as the team is very small
*Ideally working towards CGI qualification.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
*Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
