Job Description:
Salt is working with a leading luxury cosmetics brand, seeking a freelance Online Assistant Manager to join their eCommerce team.
As an Online Assistant Manager, you will drive trade for the Online Flagship Store and support the implementation of a marketing plan. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage and execute trade activities across marketing channels, lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and analyse online data.
*January start, 3+ month contract
*Circa £180 per day, Inside IR35
*Hybrid working in London
As an Online Assistant Manager, you will:
*Drive the sales plan, analysing the sales, site, email and marketing
*Collaborate with the demand planning team, evolve seasonal events and present brand site performance to internal teams
*Oversee sample strategy and all online marketing efforts across channels
*Manage the CO.UK budget and seek new revenue opportunities, overseeing vendor purchase orders and invoicing
*Manage the website refresh, collaborate with the Global team, oversee site KPIs and drive multi-variate testing
*Collaborate with the Marketing team on 360 traffic-driving campaigns, lead and inspire the Brand Online Team and coach direct reports
As an Online Assistant Manager, you will need:
*To have strong numerical, written, verbal, multi-tasking, relationship building and analytical skills
*A strong understanding of eCommerce best practice, website metrics, data analysis and reporting tools
*Proficiency in Web Analytics tools, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
*Commercial awareness and a problem-solving ability
*A strong understanding of digital marketing and the competitors
*Rates depend on experience and client requirements
