Job Description:
Sales Advisor
We’re excited to be working alongside a long term client of ours in their search to expand their busy sales & events team.
This is a soft sell environment and would suit a customer service executive or sales administrator who is comfortable making outbound calls or a telesales executive looking to broaden their experience towards event organisation.
This role will be office based and offers an excellent team and environment to work within.
Key duties will include:
*Daily outbound calls to clients to promote events
*Build & maintain regular contact with event participants
*Co-ordinate event arrangements with clients
*Post-event follow up
*Sending emails
*Updating the CRM systems
*General ad-hoc administration
The successful candidate will have:
*A minimum of 1 years sales/telesales experience or significant experience in a customer focussed role
*A confident and friendly telephone manner, with good relationship building skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Good IT & Administration skills
*The desire to work within a friendly office team
