Job Description:
Head of Product - Remote - £70,000
The Company:
Lorien Global are working in partnership with a growing secure cloud-based software solution. After a recent acquisition they’re now powered with investment to grow their business with ambitious plans to add new operations and technical staff over the coming months.
The Role:
As the Head of Product, you’ll be a key collaborator between technical teams and the customer base, ensuring the product suite is developed in accordance with changing customer requirements.
Leading the overall product strategy it’s key to appreciate market trends, commercial considerations, client feedback and customer service insights to create a holistic approach to product innovation. This role will have an emphasis on understanding security considerations from a compliance perspective, therefore it’s important you have exposure to Cyber Security in some capacity.
The Requirements:
*Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and proven innovation capabilities
*Security, Compliance and Resilience awareness. With the industry my client operate in, it’s important to have an appreciation and exposure to Cyber Security considerations
*Stakeholder engagement and communication, collaborating across multiple teams such as Software, Sales and Customer Success
*Experience working within public sectors such as, Government, Defence, Healthcare would be helpful to understand regulatory challenges
The Benefits:
*Salary available of £70,000
*Remote first working (With occasional onsite meetings)
*Flexible start/end times
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with options to buy/sell leave
