Job Description:

Working closely with the Finance Director as Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will be pivotal in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the manufacturing business. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, and sales teams, to provide insightful financial analysis, guidance, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
*Financial Analysis: Provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial analysis to support business performance. Identify key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
*Business Partnering: Act as the financial lead for various departments, offering commercial insights and advice to drive operational efficiencies, cost control, and revenue growth.
*Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
*Cost Control & Efficiency: Support the identification and implementation of cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and efficiency gains across the manufacturing value chain.
Key Requirements:
*Qualified or studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA
*Pro-active self-starter with an inquisitive nature
*Ideally experience in a commercial finance role
*Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
*Proven ability to work closely with non-financial stakeholders and influence decision-making at senior levels.
*Strong communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance teams.
