Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing team in a key role within the Global Occupier Services division.
This full-time position, based in the Birmingham office, offers the chance to advance a career in one of the most dynamic areas of the real estate industry.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients directly to maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date lease data, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation and financial management of their property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as the primary point of contact for clients in managing lease administration, overseeing the day-to-day service delivery, data maintenance, and ensuring the accuracy of property data.
*Manage client relationships with increasing responsibility, including status reporting, communication, and ensuring timely service delivery with minimal supervision.
*Report on key dates within client portfolios to help manage and optimize lease portfolios proactively.
*Review and interpret real estate leases and associated documents to accurately record payments, critical dates, and other responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the documented processes.
*Maintain and update property databases to ensure information is accurate and current.
*Manage workload effectively while offering support to team members when needed.
*Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation.
*Demonstrate awareness of contract terms and enhance contract management capabilities.
*Contribute to performance reporting (KPIs) for quarterly client reviews and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
*Identify and address any discrepancies in data, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
*Proactively recommend and implement process improvements.
*Ensure timely and accurate billing for client accounts.
Knowledge & Experience:
*Several years of experience in data management or administration at an international level, with at least two years of experience in real estate operations.
*Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
*Advanced technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
*Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with real estate databases, lease management, or property accounting is advantageous but not required.
