Job Description:
An Administrator (Salesforce) is required for a leading company in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. The role will involve providing comprehensive business support within the Secretarial & Business Support department, utilising Salesforce software.

*Providing comprehensive support for the Salesforce software within the company.
*Managing and maintaining data within the Salesforce system.
*Ensuring the smooth running of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
*Assisting with the implementation and roll-out of new features within Salesforce.
*Training and supporting other team members on the use of Salesforce.
*Creating and maintaining detailed reports on Salesforce usage and effectiveness.
*Working closely with the IT department to troubleshoot any issues with Salesforce.
*Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the company.
Profile
A successful Administrator (Salesforce) should have:
*Proficiency in Salesforce software.
*An understanding and experience in a business support role.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving.
*Knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources sector.

*An estimated hourly rate of between 12 - 15 an hour , depending on experience.
