Job Description:
The Firm
Our client, a leading full-service law firm based in Bromley are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their well established and highly regarded Private Client team.
The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will provide exceptional service levels to both clients and lawyers whilst ensuring you have excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to work. Duties to include:
*Managing diaries, ensuring they are up to date and reminding Lawyers of meetings etc.
*Arranging meetings, booking conference rooms and liaising with other attendees
*Photocopying, printing, organising couriers, sending out of letters, faxes etc.
*Opening/closing of files, supervise general filing requirements and record keeping
*Supporting Lawyers in marketing activities
*Taking internal and external telephone queries
*Entering, maintaining and updating client details and relevant information
*Dealing with basic client queries and general administration
*Typing urgent/short/confidential correspondence and emails
*Producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets as required
*Assisting Lawyers in the billing and credit control process
*Requesting cheques, bank transfers and paying in money received
This Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
