Job Purpose
*Assist on audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance at every step
*Report directly to Managers and Directors, ensuring expectations and deadlines are being met
*Build strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and problem solving
*Deliver a strong understanding of risk management during audits, with a critical eye to ensure accuracy
*Keep up to date with changes to regulations and emerging trends that could impact the audit function
*Coach junior staff by reviewing work and skill-sharing across the department

Job Requirements
*ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified or studying
*Good working knowledge of relevant software including Xero, SAGE and MS Office
*Excellent understanding of UK GAAP/FRS 102
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
*A team player who is eager to support the wider team
*Ability to build enhanced relationships with clients and colleagues alike
*Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage own workload
