Job Purpose
*Play a key role in leading the audit team and delivering exceptional service to clients
*Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
*Lead, mentor, and develop a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
*Identify and address audit issues proactively, offering solutions that add value to clients
*Contribute to the development and implementation of audit strategies, helping to drive the growth and success of the firm
*Manage budgets and ensure audit projects are completed on time and within scope

The Successful Applicant
*ACCA or ACA qualified with impressive experience in UK practice
*Demonstrable experience supervising junior staff and working at manager level
*Strong track record in managing a varied portfolio of clients and overseeing audit assignments
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Highly proficient using MS Office, Sage, Caseware and other relevant software
*Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
*A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
*Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail
*Able to work confidently with Senior Managers and Partners
*Strong commercial acumen with a drive to support business development
