Job Description:
**SHEQ Advisor - Maidenhead/Kent - Market Leading Company**
We are currently recruiting for a market leading business in one of the biggest growth sectors across the UK. We are currently supporting our client who are a market leading business who have major clients across a range of sectors including utilities, construction and civil engineering who are seeking a SHEQ Advisor.
This is working for a company who have gone through a lot of growth over the last 5 years, turnover around £100 million and looking for someone to help maintain and maintain this growth.
Role:
*Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s safety, health, environmental, and quality management systems.
*Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
*Provide guidance and support to management and employees on safety, health, environmental, and quality issues, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
*Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent reoccurrence.
*Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to safety, health, environmental, and quality performance, and identify areas for improvement.
*Promote a positive safety culture within the company through effective communication, engagement, and recognition of achievements.
Candidate:
*Ideally hold a recognised health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH construction or equivalent.
*Proven experience in safety, health, environmental, and quality management systems, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
*Must have a full UK driving license.
Package:
*Basic Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience (£38,000 - £42,000)
