Description
*Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
*Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
*Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
*Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
*Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
*Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
*Develop strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company’s financial objectives.
*Lead and motivate the Accounting & Finance department to achieve excellent performance levels.
Profile
A successful Director should have:
*RI Status required
*Professional certification (e.g. ACA/ACCA)
*Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance department.
*Strong understanding of finance law and regulatory standards.
*Broad experience covering general practice including accounts, tax and audit.
*High proficiency in financial software and analytics programs.
