Senior Finance Accounts Executive- Knightsbridge - £45,000 to £50,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a global leader in luxury residential real estate, are currently seeking a number of experienced Senior Finance Accounts Executive to join their office in Knightsbridge.
Headquartered in Central London with additional offices branching across Dubai and Singapore, my client specialise in premium residential property and capital market investments. This is fantastic opportunity to join a successful firm undergoing rapid expansion, with clear opportunities for progression.
With experience in the Real Estate sector, the successful candidate will have 5 years’ corporate accounts experience and have the ability to confidently follow processes, with the aptitude to support the design and implementation of new processes as the team expands.
Duties:
*Perform monthly bank reconciliation and closing
*Provide support with statutory audit, tax filing and VAT submission
*Ensure records are maintained and up to date
*Raise billings and issues invoices using accounting system
*Prepare payments ensuring accuracy and efficiency
*Prepare monthly Accounts Payable/ Receivable aging analysis report and accounts’ ledgers
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
*Assist with month end and reconciliation procedures, ensuring that all Accounts Payable transactions are accounted for
*Ad hoc accounting tasks
Skills and experience required:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the Real Estate industry
*Netsuite use preferred (or relevant accounting software)
*Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
*Relevant professional certification (AAT Level 3)
*Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Office Based
