Job Description:
The successful HR Administrator role will be to provide high quality and effect HR administration service primarily, but not exclusively, relating to a range of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes and procedures.
*This is a part-time (approx. 16 hours per week) temporary position based on-site across 2 locations in East London 2 days per week.
*This role will also require an enhanced DBS.

Key Responsibilities Include:
*Participating in recruitment efforts and interviewing process.
*Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
*Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
*Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews.
*Compiling reports on personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals.
*Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
*Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
*Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, like the collection of employee feedback.
Profile
Person Specification:
*Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
*Knowledge of human resources management practices and employment legislation.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills.
