Job Description:
Construction Estimator
Location: Horsforth
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
Benefits: 21 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, quarterly bonus, free on-site parking, lunch provided on Fridays
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ConstructionEstimator to join our client’s team in Horsforth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic company, where you’ll play a key role in delivering successful refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for refurbishment projects.
*Participate in handover meetings with Sales Advisors.
*Request and manage drawings from CAD designers.
*Develop comprehensive estimates and presentations for clients.
*Source new products and suppliers as required.
*Contribute to building systems that streamline internal processes.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within the construction industry.
*Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
*Well-organised with excellent communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the wider team.
