Duties and Responsibilities:
*Opening and distributing the post.
*Answering phone calls and passing messages to the Admin team and Advisers.
*Assisting with booking annual reviews with clients.
*Preparing client packs for annual reviews and ad-hoc meetings.
*Building relationships with clients and assisting with queries.
*Processing and managing letters of authority, including chasing providers for information.
*Setting up internal meetings as requested by management.
*Assisting with seminar preparation when required.
*Undertaking other duties deemed appropriate by management.
*Reporting directly to the Administration Manager.

Skills and Experience Required:
*Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, particularly over the phone and via email.
*Financial Services: Experience in Financial Services or a desire to build a career in this profession.
*IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Organisation: Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
*Attention to Detail: Consistently thorough and accurate in all tasks.
*Adaptability: Flexible and open to changing procedures.
*Teamwork: Experience in an administrative or team-based role is advantageous but not essential.
