Job Description:
Time Appointments are working alongside a rapidly growing Claims Management company who are currently recruiting for an experienced Motor Claims Manager to strengthen their Claims department.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
*Managing, motivating, and coaching a team of Motor Claims Adjusters
*Involvement in all aspects of Insurance Claims Handling, dealing with the full cycle of client’s claims from instruction through to settlement.
*Advising and updating clients on how best to present their claims, assisting them with how to negotiate with insurers to achieve the best outcome.
*Monitor and improve the claims process and identify areas for efficiency gains and customer satisfaction improvements
*Manage escalated or complex claims
*Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at all stages of the claims processes
Skills & Experience Required:
*Extensive Motor Claims Management experience, with a proven track record in successfully managing a Motor Claims Team
*Market knowledge
*Multi-jurisdictional exposure
*Ability to drive growth
*Fully competent in all aspects of claims management and people development
*Proven influencing and problem-solving capabilities
*A sound technical knowledge and understanding of Technical Motor Claims and be willing to take on caseloads
*MOJ/OIC experience isessential
