Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Reward Manager to join their dynamic team in Bristol. This is a permanent role offering flexible, hybrid working and a competitive salary of £60,000 - £100,000, commensurate with experience.
About the Role:
As Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the firm’s reward strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and fosters a high-performing culture. You will be responsible for managing multiple reward projects across a complex and fast-paced environment, utilising your expertise in compensation management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support the development and implementation of comprehensive reward strategies and policies, including salary structures, bonus frameworks, and benefits packages.
*Manage the annual performance review and compensation cycle, including job levelling and merit increase processes.
*Support the design and implement innovative reward programmes to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
*Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
*Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective reward solutions.
*Manage and develop a team of reward professionals, providing guidance and support.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations concerning reward and compensation.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a proven Reward professional with extensive experience managing multiple reward projects within a large professional services or corporate environment. You possess a strong understanding of all aspects of compensation management and a demonstrable ability to influence and deliver results.
Essential Skills & Experience:
*Extensive experience in Reward Management within a large, complex organisation, ideally within professional services.
*In-depth knowledge of all aspects of compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and annual review cycles.
*Proven ability to develop and implement effective reward strategies and policies.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
*Experience managing and developing a team.
