Excellent opportunity to join a growing business in a Management role, where you’ll lead all Workshop activities,. Whilst also being able to work hands-on.

This bus/coach business pride themselves on maintaining a high standard of work and are currently in a phase of expansion. They are seeking a motivated leader to take charge of their busy workshop.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for both the management of the technician team and workshop and also working hands-on dealing with the service, repairs, inspections, and maintenance work of their large bus fleet. This is a day’s role working Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
This role would suit either a HGV/Plant/PSV with experience with team leading/supervising/management.

THE ROLE:
*Management of a busy Workshop and staff
*Electro-Mechanical works on full body of a PSV fleet
*Service, repairs, inspections and diagnostics of PSV
*Days Shift, M-F with every other Saturday
THE PERSON:
*City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in HGV/Mechanics/PSV etc.
*Experience working on either PSV/HGV/Plant/REME
*Team Leading/Supervisory/Management experience
