Our client specialises in supporting UK-based SMEs with outsourced financial services, including Accounts and VAT, and has an existing portfolio ready for you to manage and expand. Responsibilities for the Tax Manager
*Run the Tax service line, with responsibility for key strategic decisions around growth - both in terms of the revenue stream and the headcount numbers
*Manage and prepare tax deadlines and returns, including both Personal and Corporate Tax elements.
*Assist with drafting Statutory accounts with regard to taxation notes and disclosures for review by the finance team.
*Work on areas including CT returns, Transfer pricing, VAT, Personal tax returns, ERS submissions, EIS/SEIS, R&D tax credit, P11D’s and PSA submissions.
*Liaise with HMRC on clients’ behalf to ensure client returns are processed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements for the Tax Manager
*Relevant qualification - ACA, ACCA, CTA etc. would be advantageous
*Wide Tax experience including areas such as Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, VAT etc.
*Ability to work directly with clients to retain and win business
*Ability to work with wider Leadership team to make strategic decisions regarding the growth of the business
