This particular position is based on The Strand.
Description
The key responsibilities:
*Electrical PPM’s and Reactive maintenance
*General building services tasks
*Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU’s, AHU’s, HVAC plant
*Generators - visual checks
*Water temps and cooling tower
Profile
The successful candidate:
*C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation
*18th edition certificate
*Must be prepared to work out of hours when required
*Have good communication and organisation skills
*Have a positive ’can do’ attitude
*Ability to work on own or as part of a team
*Participate in a call out rota
