Job Description:
We are looking to appoint a Credit Hire File Handler to join an established insurance team. Our firm is a certified, Legal 500 practice specialising in personal injury and a fantastic opportunity for legal professionals to join a national award-winning law firm.
For this role, we are looking for candidates who have a claimant or defendant law firm background and experience as a file handler.
The Role *Handling a caseload of credit hire files
*Following a full litigated process
*Handling fast to multi track claims
*Drafting witness statements, court proceedings and evidence
*Handling a caseload from start to finish
To be considered, you must have experience at a law firm working as a file handler in the credit hire team or motor accident department.
Excitingly, our firm offers fantastic progression with a huge personal injury team onsite. From the credit hire to motor accident team, there are chances to go into complex work and non-delegated to delegated files, as well as fraudulent claims. The opportunities to progress are diverse and available.
