*Encourage and assist residents in maintaining independence and participating in activities.
*Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care team.
*Ensure the safe administration of medication, following care plans and protocols.
*Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
*Complete accurate documentation and daily reports.
*Uphold the principles of dignity, privacy, and respect in all interactions.
