Job Description:
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required
Rate: £200.00 per day
Location: Derby
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide break-fix and hardware diagnostics.
*Build and configure laptops and desktops.
*Operate the Tech Bar three times a week on a rota basis.
*Handle software BAU tasks, working on 2nd line tickets and remote desktop support.
Requirements:
*Active SC Clearance.
*Proven experience in hardware diagnostics and break-fix.
*Proficiency in building and configuring laptops and desktops.
*Experience in providing 2nd line support and remote desktop services.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
