Job Description:
ITSM System Administrator
3 days office / 2 days working from home
In this newly created position with a leading global law firm in London, you will be working as the sole ITSM System Administrator for the firm. They have recently rolled out Ivanti Neurons as their ITSM platform - this is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at a time where you can help shape the way they use the ITSM tool across the business!
Responsibilities:
*You will be managing the day to day delivery of administration and maintenance of the ITSM (Ivanti Neurons)
*Assisting with the development of the ITSM to other areas of the business
*Working closely with the Technical IT teams, as well as the problem and incident manager
*You will own the ITSM tool, working closely with 3rd parties and conducting system updates
*Working closely with users and stakeholders in order to maximise user adoption and satisfaction throughout the business
Essential skills:
*Significant experience in ITSM Systems Administration - open to similar ITSM tools e.g. ServiceNow, Cherwell, Hornbill etc
*ITIL certified - ideally to Practice Manager level
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills required
