Job Description:
Finance Administrator *Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
*Location: In person at leading business
*Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8 - 5 1-hour lunch
We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join a dynamic Finance Team. This role is ideal for you if you are looking to develop your experience in finance administration, though comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Day-to-day of the role: *Process purchase ledger invoices.
*Assist in daily cash posting.
*Perform reconciliation of supplier statements.
*Conduct data entry tasks.
*Handle internal and external account queries.
*File invoices and statements efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Some experience in finance administration is advantageous.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
