Job description:
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our experienced and friendly team in our Manchester City Centre offices. We are looking for someone proactive and adaptable to manage our UK & Ireland suppliers across our ingredients category. Within this role you will have the opportunity to also get involved in projects alongside your day-to-day role.
Your focus will be to ensure timely payments and provide a professional service, aligning with Premier Foods values. As our next Accounts Payable Associate, you’ll lead query resolution on the Supplier Base, ensuring compliance and supporting the team. You will manage P2P Invoicing and stakeholders both internally and externally.

The Key Requirements...
*Experience working in an Accounts Payable role with suppliers
*Highly organised, and able to prioritise work appropriately.
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills – with the wider team, internal and external stakeholders
