Location : Uxbridge
Shift Pattern - 6 hour blocks, Monday - Sunday shifts available
Rates: Market Related
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide urgent medical care to patients in a timely manner.
*Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of medical conditions.
*Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
*Participate in the development and implementation of care plans.
*Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient records in accordance with relevant guidelines.
*Provide guidance and support to junior staff and trainees as necessary.
*Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance.
Requirements (Medical and Nursing):
*GMC registration with a license to practice.
*Experience working in an emergency/urgent care setting (desirable).
*Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
*(For A&E Registrars and AECU SHO) Evidence of relevant training and experience.
