The Complaints Handler Responsibilities:
*Record and manage complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
*Investigate complaints thoroughly, liaising with internal teams and partners.
*Provide clear, well-crafted written responses and updates to customers.
*Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
*Collaborate with the Compliance Team on monitoring activities.
Our Ideal Complaints Handler:
*Previous experience in customer service within financial services; complaint handling experience is a big plus!
*Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
