Role Responsibilities *Supervising a varied client portfolio, ensuring deadlines are met and workloads are prioritised effectively
*Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in accordance with FRS 102 and IFRS
*Preparing and reviewing management accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax returns
*Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns for individuals and sole traders
*Providing tailored business advice, including tax planning, financial strategy, and restructuring
*Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a trusted point of contact
*Training and mentoring junior team members, fostering their development
*Using and staying updated with the latest accounting software and technologies
*Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance client service

Candidate Requirements *ACCA or ACA part-qualified or fully qualified, with relevant UK practice experience
*Strong technical knowledge in accounting and tax, with proficiency in accounts preparation, VAT, and tax compliance
*Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
*Career driven with a desire for continuous growth and a commitment to high standards of client service
*Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
