The role:
*Procurement - prepare and issue subcontract or trade packages. Assist in the analysis and comparison of subcontractor quotes
*Main Contract - Evaluate materials on site. To assist in preparation of monthly valuation
*Subcontract - Site measurement of different trades. Payment to sub-contactors. Assist in the preparation of sub-contactor Final Accounts
*Financial - Competent use of company cost system. Prepare supporting information for monthly reporting.
*Other - File and distribute documents and drawings.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience with the construction industry would be desirable
*IT literate including Excel. Willing to extend knowledge of software packages
*3 A-levels at minimum BCC grade
*5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
*Numerate to a high standard, able to analyse data
*Produce accurate work and sometimes to tight deadlines
*Must drive and have transport due to location
