Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new challenge? *Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
*Location: London
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
We are seeking a proactive individual to manage multiple properties across London, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and property maintenance. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, possesses a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoys working both in and out of the office. A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the role involves frequent travel to various properties.
Day-to-day of the role: *Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all residential environments are up to standard.
*Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with management.
*Manage all aspects of tenant interaction, from move-in to move-out, including lease management and resolving any issues that arise.
*Coordinate with maintenance teams and other contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
*Ensure compliance with all property regulations and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Property Manager.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with tenants and contractors effectively.
*Must have a valid driving licence and own a car, as the role requires travelling across London.
*Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
